  • Know your own non verbal influence on others

Get insight and answers to questions like:

What kind of negotiators are these individuals?

What can I expect them to do when the negotiation gets tense?

What will be an appropriate strategy to negotiate effectively with each of them?

What are the do’s and don’ts with each of them in your own behaviour?

This Advanced Training will give you a tangible advantage in any negotiation.

The training is new and unique as it provides concrete and testable skills in a field that has always been vague and difficult to grasp.

As this training is an advanced type of training, only experienced professionals should enrol. The training is very intensive and compact. The maximum number of participants is 14.

The theoretical basis will be illustrated with numerous images and video-fragments to develop the observation skills necessary to be able to recognize the non verbal patterns. There will be exercises in various forms to support the learning process.

The training consists of two days, separated by 3 to 4 weeks.

In the Netherlands this new training has proven to be successful for experienced professionals of various backgrounds. They all found that they were able to apply the skills learned in the training in their own practice with good, sometimes spectacular results.

The training has been recognized by the Netherlands Mediation Institute as valuable to mediators. It has been awarded with 15 Permanent Education points.
